The client grappled with making their vast repository of 50,000+ research materials easier to search, analyze, and use, while also needing a solution to efficiently process and manage diverse data across multiple fields, languages, dates, and formats.

They wanted to develop a solution to generate accurate, consistent, and bias-free responses, as their current process was time-consuming and inefficient.

We built an AI solution that supports real-time, context-aware research for 150,000+ concurrent users, utilizing Python and React.js. We utilized the client’s proprietary content and databases, including PsycInfo, PsycArticles, and PsycBooks, to optimize the models for context-specific queries and relevance.

We also crafted custom prompts for accurate, bias-free responses and categorized them to improve user interactions. The AI model enabled admins to track feedback, refine prompts, analyze trends, and make data-driven improvements for better accuracy.
