A fractional real estate investment platform for a wide range of investors

The client lacked security and user-friendliness while developing a system to manage fractional ownership, ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate smooth secondary market trading, and make data-driven investment decisions. They struggled with a multi-step onboarding process, extensive KYC checks, and determining short and long-term property pricing predictions.

The client also wanted to optimize high-volume transactional workflows without compromising real-time responsiveness and reliability.

We built a highly automated platform handling over 10,000 transactions daily, integrating NorthCap’s ATS API for real-time trade processing and updating investors’ shares as properties are traded or rented. The platform features a user-friendly marketplace with seamless investment, trading, and account management tools, along with performance tracking and portfolio insights. We also automated compliance and onboarding for our client.

By leveraging AWS Sagemaker, we deployed ML models for price forecasting and analytics. Additionally, we created a secure admin portal with role-based access to ensure data integrity.
